Kari Schrader LMHCA/Owner
I have worked in the mental health field for the past 15 years, beginning my career as a peer counselor and eventually transitioning into my role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). In 2021, I expanded my experience by starting a practice focused on billing and credentialing.
Having experience on both the clinical and administrative sides of mental health, I understand the importance of timely and accurate billing and credentialing processes. Effective administrative support allows clinicians to focus on providing quality care while helping practices maintain financial stability and sustainability. My goal is to help create streamlined processes that support both providers and clients, ensuring continuity of care and a positive experience for everyone involved.
Yalanda Guile Owner
I have spent more than 20 years in the accounting field, building my career through roles in bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Accounting Department Management. Throughout my career, I have worked with both small businesses and large organizations, helping them maintain accurate financial records and efficient accounting processes.
My passion has always been helping businesses create strong financial foundations through organization, accuracy, and dependable support. As a co-founder of Inspiring Hope, I bring extensive experience in bookkeeping and financial operations, with a focus on supporting behavioral health practices.
I understand that accurate financial management is essential to the success of any practice. My goal is to provide reliable bookkeeping and financial support that allows providers to focus on delivering exceptional care while maintaining a healthy, sustainable business.
Kevin
My passion for healthcare, with a particular focus on substance use treatment, has led me to provide support in billing and practice management as needed. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in managing business operations, developing policies, and establishing processes that support organizational growth and success.
I currently provide administrative and practice management support as needed while also working full-time at an inpatient substance use treatment facility. This combination of clinical and administrative experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of the importance of effective operations, quality client care, and sustainable business practices.
Diana
I have worked in healthcare for the past five years, gaining experience in customer service, providing medical services, and supporting healthcare billing processes. I joined Inspiring Hope in early 2026 with the goal of using my experience to support providers with their billing needs and help ensure the billing process is accurate, timely, and efficient.
I enjoy helping providers navigate the administrative side of healthcare so they can spend more time focused on what matters most—providing quality care to their clients.
